Thank you for choosing Zivor Press. We strive to provide transparent, high-authority press release drafting and wire distribution. Because our service involves manual copywriting and third-party media syndication fees, our refund parameters are strictly defined below.
If you have ordered a package but choose to cancel your campaign before approving the written draft or distribution scheduling, you are eligible for a refund. However, to cover our administrative costs, processor fees, and initial research, a 10% service fee will be deducted from your payout.
Once you authorize and sign off on the drafted press release or supply your final approval for syndication, the article is queued for wire transmission. We pay external publishers and distribution networks immediately upon approval. Consequently, we cannot issue any refunds, cancellations, or modifications once the article has been approved by the client.
In rare instances, our editorial desk or external media panels may reject a submission if it violates wire compliance guidelines (e.g. promoting illegal products, adult content, or containing unsubstantiated claims). If your article is rejected by the media network and cannot be published, we will notify you and issue a full 100% refund (with no deduction fees).
Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method (PayPal) within 5 to 10 business days. Reflection times depend on your banking provider.
